Michal Okoniewski the founder of MOK Audyt and the person managing the company. Graduate of SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) majoring in Finance and Accounting  as well as Postgraduate Studies of Valuation Methods of Capital Companies. Auditor with 10 years’ experience gained at Deloitte, that is now being enhanced at  MOK Audyt. Michal specializes in audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish and international financial reporting standards, as well as in valuation projects  of companies and other assets, including intangible assets. He has experience in the implementation of audit and valuation services for the manufacturing, trade and service.
